BOOKING CONDITIONS

PRODUCTS SOLD BY HIS AUSTRALIA
All products sold by H.I.S. Australia Pty Ltd have been provided by reputable airlines and/or suppliers and are subject to their conditions and changes without notice. Airline tickets and passports must reflect identical names as some airlines will deny travel if there are any differences.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade for any travel. Our consultants can issue you with a travel insurance policy to suit your needs before departure that can protect your interests. All insurance claims should be directed to the insurance company by you.
PASSPORTS & VISAS
Passports must be valid and most of countries require at least six months validity from the date of arrival to destination country and we recommend that you have at least four continuous blank pages. It is the travellers sole responsibility that passports, visas or re-entry permits meet immigration and foreign government authority requirements. Any penalties imposed by the mentioned third parties for not meeting their requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveller. Should you need information regarding visas or other travel documentation, our consultants have access to an external visa advice provider. Our consultants can obtain this information on your behalf, however HIS Australia can not guarantee any such information, nor accept any liability which may occur as a result. Our consultants can obtain visas at your request for the applicable fee.
LIABILITY & TRAVEL ADVICE
HIS Australia will always do it’s best to provide the best service and most up to date information. The company and its employees will not accept liability for any loss or damage caused by any act, omission or default, whether negligence or otherwise of carriers, suppliers or any other third party or that caused by (but not limited to) act of God, war, hijacking, terrorism or any other event which is beyond our control. For the latest information regarding travel advice, please visit the following www.dfat.gov.au or www.anzen.mofa.go.jp
TRAVEL DOCUMENT
Please check NAME, SCHEDULE and DETAILS of your booking before payment. Any errors in names, schedule and details on your documentation will be your responsibility if not advised at the time of booking. Service fees will apply for changes after ticket/documents have been issued (please see reverse). Any penalties, amendment and/or cancellation fees caused by the errors are the sole responsibility of the traveller.
PRICES, TAXES, OTHER AIRLINE OR GOVERNMENT CHARGES
Prices, including taxes and airline or government charges are correct as at the time of quoting, are subject to availability and can change or be withdrawn without notice.
PAYMENT
We accept cash, credit card and direct deposit. Credit & Debit card charges apply. When credit / debit card payment is made direct to suppliers, not to HIS Australia, your remedy in relation to any act, loss or damage is against that supplier, not against HIS Australia. Please make all direct deposits payable to our trust account. Please send a copy of your bank transaction receipt for both international and domestic payments by e-mail otherwise your booking may be cancelled by the airline / supplier. Direct deposits from overseas will incur an additional bank fee of AU$22.00.

PRIVACY POLICY

SERVICE FEES

Fees are recommended minimum fees, and additional fees may by chargeable at the discetion of HIS Australia in accordance with the nature and amount of services required. Service Fees are all non-refundable.

  • All service fees are per person, per ticket or items unless otherwise stated.
  • These service fees are in addition to any cost recoveries retained and or charged by airlines, travel wholesalers or other suppliers and are subject to change without notice.

予約業務規約

エイチ・アイ・エス　オーストラリア取り扱い旅行商品について
エイチ・アイ・エス　オーストラリア（以下、弊社といいます。）はお客様の委託により、航空会社及びツアー会社、宿泊機関の提供する旅行商品を代行手配するもので、その商品の価格、内容、条件等は、予告なしに航空会社及びツアー会社、宿泊機関により変更されることがあります。予めご了承ください。また、手配される航空券の搭乗者氏名とパスポート表記名は必ず一致している必要があり、1字でも異なった場合はご旅行できない可能性もございます。旅行手配の際はもちろん、ご出発前にも必ずご自身でご確認ください。
旅行保険について
オーストラリア外務省では、航空便やツアーのキャンセル等困った時に役立つ旅行保険へのご加入を全旅行者に強くお勧めしております。弊社では、お客様のご旅行形態に合った保険プランを弊社担当コンサルタントがご案内させていただいております。旅行保険へのご加入は必ずご出発前までにお済ませ下さい。尚、不慮のトラブル、及び事故等保険会社への保険補償額の請求手続き等に関しては、渡航者様ご自身より直接保険会社へのご請求となります。ご注意ください。
パスポート、及び査証（ビザ）について
渡航に必要なパスポートの残存有効期間は、到着日から数えて最大6ヶ月以上必要な国等、渡航先によって異なります。またそれぞれの国によって出入国手続きに必要とされる余白ページが連続で4ページ以上との場合がございますのでご注意下さい。また、査証（ビザ）や渡航必要書類について、外部専門機関からの情報をお客様に提供することが可能ですので、その都度担当コンサルタントにお問い合わせください。但し、これがお客様の渡航手続きの完了を保証するものではございませんので、必ずお客様ご本人より最終のご確認をお願い申し上げます。続いて、パスポート、渡航査証（ビザ）、再入国査証（ビザ）等を含む渡航必要書類は、渡航者ご本人の責任でご準備頂くもので、弊社では渡航者ご本人の渡航書類不備によって生じた罰金・変更手数料・キャンセル料金等の支払い義務は負いかねますのでご了承ください。弊社での渡航査証（ビザ）の代行手配に必要な査証（ビザ）申請料金、代行手数料につきましては、担当コンサルタントにお問い合わせください。
免責事項、及び渡航情報提供について
弊社では、お客様にご満足頂ける最新情報提供と最良の旅行サービス提供を心がけています。弊社とそのスタッフは、天災地変・戦乱・ハイジャック・テロ、または弊社の関与し得ない事由等による旅行サービス提供の中止、旅行運搬サービス・宿泊機関やツアー会社、または第三者の判断による行為・サービス不履行・サービスへの不作為（過失の有無にかかわらず）によりお客様に生じた損害・損失に対する一切の責任を負いかねます。渡航最新安全情報につきましては、www.dfat.gov.au（英語）または、www.anzen.mofa.go.jp（日本語）をご覧ください。
旅程の確認
ご旅程の日程に関して、必ずご旅行代金のお支払いの前に、渡航者ご本人様の「お名前」・「日程」・「内容」等々のご確認をお願い申し上げます。航空券発券後にお名前・日程の変更等が起きた場合、所定の手数料がかかりますのでご了承ください（下記参照）。また、弊社では渡航者ご本人様の不備によって生じた罰金・変更手数料・キャンセル料金等の支払い義務は負いかねますのでご了承ください。
旅行代金と空港諸税・航空保険料・施設使用料について
旅行代金見積もり時にご案内した旅行代金（空港諸税、航空保険料・施設使用料等を含む）は、空席・空室の有無、または価格改定、為替相場の変動、その他の事由により予告なしに変更される場合があります。予めご了承ください。
旅行代金のお支払いについて

弊社では現金、クレジットカード、送金手続きでのお支払いを受け付けております。 また、弊社に対しクレジットカードで旅行代金をお支払いの場合は、手数料のお支払いが別途必要となります。旅行運搬サービス・宿泊機関やツアー会社に対し、直接クレジットカードの情報を入力する事で旅行代金をお支払いの場合、それによって生じる損害・損失等の賠償は弊社では負いかねますのでご了承ください。
送金手続きをされる場合は、下記の振込先宛てに手続きをして頂き、その手続きの領収書（または手続きの証明になるもの）をEメールにて担当コンサルタントにご送付ください。送金手続きの確認が取れない場合は、旅行手配をキャンセルさせて頂く場合もございますので、ご了承ください。尚、海外から送金手続きをされる場合は、必ずその旅行代金に銀行の送金手数料として AU$22.00 を加算して頂きますようお願いいたします。
