Typically, it takes 1-2 weeks to issue a visa, but this timeframe may vary depending on the type of visa and It generally takes longer if additional documents are required for further assessment.

Short-term visa will be expired within 3 months after it is issued (single entry).

Most of the visa are valid for 3 months after the date of issue.

Working holiday visa is valid for a year.
You can apply for a visa within 3 months of your date of entry to Japan.

Depending on your travel plan, please apply for a visa accordingly.

All visa applications from residents in Victoria except cases indicated in below.
-Diplomatic or Official Visas
-Visas for invitees directly by the Japanese government and independent administrative agencies of Japan
-Visas for awardees of Japanese Government Scholarship
-Entertainment visa applicants apply by a team (bulk applications such as a team member of 10 people or more.)

Applications need to be lodged in person except minors ages under 18 at the travel agencies accredited by Consulate-General of Japan, Melbourne. Visa applicants must come in person to apply for visa.

Residents in TAS,SA and the western area from Ararat, northern area from Strathbogie and eastern area from Mansfield, South Gippsland in VIC.

Our service fee is $132.00 per applicant (it is non-refundable) + Visa application fee (Depends on your nationality and the type of visa applied for)

 Visa application fee is applicable with following 

◆The passport holder of visa fee exemption countries such as Australia, New Zealand, USA, S.Korea, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Colombia and Pakistan etc will be free, (Please check the visa exempt countries list to find out if your visa fee is waived)

◆Single Entry (except Indian passport holders) : $32 until March 31 2025 / $30 from April 1 2025

  Multiple Entry Visa (except Indian passport holders) : $65 until March 31 2025 / $60 from April 1 2025

  Single Entry visa or Multiple Entry visa for Indian Passport holders : $9 until March 31 2025 / $8 from April 1 2025

※Japan has taken measures on the visa exemption arrangements for Short-Term Stay for 71 countries/regions
such as Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK, Singapore etc.

We accept cash or credit card. Credit & Debit card charges apply(2%).

If you would like to use our service, prepare all the documents first then please submit the JAPAN VISA Request Form.

Once we receive your request, we will send you detailed instructions by email.

You will need to send us all the required documents, including your original passport, by post.Payment is also required in order to proceed with your application.We are sending a payment link as well. 

Our handling fee is AUD 132 per person + Visa fee(if you need) and once the visa is issued, we will return your passport and visa via Registered Express Post, which costs AUD 33. In addition, a 2% card surcharge will be applied.
Once your visa is ready, we will return your passport and visa to you by post.
